Othmane Rifki is an African physicist-turned-AI researcher and Staff Research Scientist at Meta, where he develops cutting-edge multimodal generative AI systems. Matt is currently serving as the Director of AI Agent at Box, previously served as a PM Lead for the recently launched Gemini for Workspace product, a Gen AI solution designed to transform the way we work. Matt was responsible for bringing 0-to-1 products and programs to market in the developer tools, AR/VR enterprise, and creator monetization sectors, working with leading companies and investors such as Envoy, Kitty CAD, Switchboard, a16z, and Sequoia Capital.

Omari Sealey is a talent partner at OpenAI, focused on hiring world-class engineers driving the company’s core AI systems and safety infrastructure. He has played a key role in building the Data Engineering team from the ground up, supporting OpenAI’s mission to ensure artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. With a background in executive recruiting at Amazon and Netflix, Omari brings a strategic and inclusive lens to scaling technical teams.

Ikechukwu Uzoma is the Staff Attorney for Africa at Robert F Kennedy Human Rights. He is a lawyer with a decade long career in international human rights law and extensive experience litigating cases before domestic and regional Courts and quasi-judicial mechanisms of the African Union and United Nations. His work focuses on advancing the rights to freedom of expression, freedom of association and freedom of assembly through strategic litigation and advocacy. Mr Uzoma Prior to joining Robert F Kennedy Human Rights, Uzoma worked with the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations on the Operationalization of the Special Criminal Court in Central African Republic and with Open Society justice Initiative.

She began her career in the NFL and collegiate sports, leading partnerships with Silicon Valley tech giants before transitioning into enterprise tech to drive business transformation.
